Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?
—Mary Oliver
Therapy for Adults navigating ADHD/Autism, Trauma, Anxiety, and anyone trying to break out of the boxes they were never meant to fit in
Remember when you used to buzz with ideas, curiosity, and big-dream energy? When you created just for the joy of it and let your imagination run absolutely wild? Yeah… then life happened. Maybe slowly, maybe all at once, the world tried to nudge you into a neat little box labeled “who you’re supposed to be.” And somewhere in all that noise, you drifted away from your truest, most you self.
Trust me—we get it. We’ve been there too.
But here’s the good news: you don’t have to stay disconnected from that spark. We’ll walk right alongside you as you rediscover your curiosity, your direction, and that sense of freedom you’ve been craving.
Together, we’ll dig up the wild, powerful, beautifully authentic parts of you that have been waiting to breathe again.
