Abigail Crow, LMHC
Trauma-Informed Therapy for Neurodivergent & Queer Adults
Hi, I’m Abby, and I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey. I work with adults navigating trauma, ADHD, Autism, chronic illness, and relationship challenges—especially those who have spent a long time feeling misunderstood, overlooked, or pressured to adapt to systems that weren’t built with them in mind.
Many of the clients I work with are neurodivergent, queer, disabled, or living with invisible experiences that others don’t always recognize. When your nervous system has learned to stay on high alert just to get through the day, it can impact everything—from relationships and self-trust to how safe you feel in your own body. Therapy with me is about slowing down, creating safety, and helping your system learn that it doesn’t have to stay in survival mode forever.
As a queer woman with ADHD, I bring both lived experience and clinical training into the therapy space. I take a non-judgmental, affirming approach and strive to create a space where you can show up as your full, authentic self—without pressure to mask, perform, or explain who you are. I’m not here to tell you how you should feel, but to listen deeply, honor your experiences, and support you in building a life that feels more grounded, connected, and true to you.
My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, and I am trained in EMDR, Polyvagal Therapy, and am IFS-informed. These approaches help us understand how past experiences live in the body and nervous system, and how to gently support healing at a pace that feels safe and respectful. I also enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients, individuals in non-traditional relationships, and those navigating identity, boundaries, and relational trauma.
If you’re looking for therapy that is affirming, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your lived experience, I would love to connect. I’m currently accepting new clients and offer complimentary consultation calls.
