Our practice is dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals (ADHD & Autism), those navigating trauma and chronic illness, and the LGBTQ+ community. We prioritize creating a safe, affirming environment where clients feel truly understood and supported.

We are seeking a clinician who aligns with our values—someone who embraces self-disclosure, values client autonomy, and is experienced in helping individuals process identity shifts and heal from past experiences. Must Haves:

Currently licensed as an LMHC/LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Florida

Experience providing telehealth and competent with technology

Experience working with trauma and/or ADHD

Lived experience with ADHD, Autism, Trauma, or otherwise identify as neurodivergent.

Willingness to work one weekend day and/or evenings while building your caseload

Ability to financially manage the time it takes to grow a full time caseload (minimum of 6 months)

Ideal candidate (would be really cool if you did have this but definitely not required if the vibes are right):

Training in at least one trauma therapy model (EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT, CPT, ART, SE etc.)

Paneled with insurances

Experienced with the Simple Practice platform

Compensation:

1099 Contracted position

$55-$100 per billable hour (average is $73)

For Fully Licensed professionals there is a 70/30 Split: You take home 70% of all billing

We will pay for a credentialing firm to credential you with insurance panels.

Monthly payout for all services completed regardless of insurance reimbursement status.
