A Wildly Authentic Neurodivergent Support Group
October Special Edition: The Life of a Neurodivergent Swifty
Welcome to Unmasked & Unfiltered—a monthly virtual group for adults with ADHD and/or Autism who are tired of masking and ready for real connection. This space is all about being fully yourself, finding community, and picking up a few tools along the way.
Let me first and foremost apologize to anyone that is not caught up in the Taylor Swift of it all. Please come back next month where we will talk about preparing for the holiday season and the impact of family dynamics. I promise I will keep my Taylor references to a minimum.
For those of us that are in the Swift Universe I really wanted to provide a space where we can talk about the new album in an Unmasked & Unfiltered manner.
